STAIRS (16 steps or less) is considered a room.

We clean the tops & sides of stairs & wall to wall  – NOT –  just the middle where you

generally tread on the most! Many cleaning companies just do this.

(260 s. ft. or less= 1 room or area, some exclusions may apply, excessive pet damages can incur extra charges & not all stains can come out 100%.  Some are set due to other treatments done prior to our services. Stains that require Special Treatment are priced according to problem / Heat treatments, cookie cutter, larger repairs, etc.)

We can do a FREE inspection, if needed, with a Hydrosensor Moisture Meter & can do a Quote for any Handyman or Flooring Installation work if done at the time of Cleaning. Ask about all of our services!
